why file size showing 14mb 64 bit version annoyed no

I can get access to the server to start downloading no problems now, but when it starts downloading it comes down as a 14mb file for the 64 bit version, what is that supposed to be ??
Anyone help please

It's just a server error - keep trying, or order the physical media :o)
